Partie privative : Une grande chambre de 16m2, jolie décoration (armoire ancienne tableaux, petite coiffeuse), quelques livres. Un grand bureau, qq éclairages indirects donnant une belle atmosphère, très beaux rideaux de velours bleu. La chambre est sur rue mais très calme. Canapé, 2 chaises.
Possibilité d'utiliser un petit salon d'étage : livres, un autre canapé.

C'était un quartier agréable et Yves était très gentil.
Le logement est très bien placé pour rejoindre Paris rapidement. Yves est quelqu'un de très gentil et qui s'intéresse aux gens. Cependant la propreté du logement a été un point difficile à supporter pendant 3 mois.

Logement bien placé, avec des commerces à proximité. La chambre est spacieuse et on s'y sent bien. Tout est présent pour un bon confort de vie, notamment une machine à laver et un lave-vaisselle. Yves est très agréable et sympathique, c'était un plaisir de discuter avec lui. Mon séjour de 4 mois c'est très bien passé, je recommande fortement !
Accueil très chaleureux chez une personne vraiment sympathique et de bon conseil. J'ai de suite trouvé mes marques, tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien et passe un agréable séjour. L'endroit est calme et nous trouvons des commerces à proximité avec les indications de l'hébergeant qui nous facilitent l'installation. Recommandé à 100%.

I stayed at Yves house for 6 months, and it was a wonderful experience. He not only helped me discover the locality and Paris, but also shared some of his passions - cooking and music being some of them. Highly recommend him to people looking for a temporary accomodation, especially international students/expats.
